Reviews from verified franchisees
Over all, it is a good business.
Hoping for one of the busiest location in las Vegas soon.
Overall, I like what I do but this business could be easier to run without all of the glitches
I would not invest again. The franchise fees total 8.5%, well above advertised when factoring in all required fees. UPS shipping discounts are not extended to the franchisee and corporate programs look appealing until realizing there is no profit after all supplies and labor.
I have committed 18 years of my life to operating a store and feel very shaky about the current direction of the business model and attitude of Corporate Management.
Operations are fairly easy, you don’t get support from corporate, they are very slow in their processes including innovating
not a bad franchise to own, but not all the rules are the same for each store.
There's no rest for franchisees.
Need to find alternative brands to sustain the business and offer multiple vendors to sustain high pricing
Lack of support. Abundance of arbitrary requirements.
