They franchise had changed a lot in the past and I feel that they have made a lot of negative impacts on us a whole. There are alot of things they could help us with but choose not to. They negotiate poorly with our vendors

working with the customers and the other franchisees

The corporate office is very secretive and tends to work against us.

Negotiate better rates with our vendors. We have not seen an increase in compensation from UPS in over 20 years. We are constantly taking price cuts from corporate cuts and then will bet price increases from vendors without compensation.
