Reviews from verified franchisees
While building my location I think the franchisee requirements are high, the current franchisor management is good, but every time we get a new generation of leadership we see major changes in how operations are done. I would like to see a stabilization of information and ops.
As a long time owner, I see a lot of positive changes. We have a big transition coming up as the GDP sunsets and I am nervous about that as it relates to our ability to keep our Ninjas happy and prevent attrition. Change is difficult, so advanced information will help us prepare.
Home office was a revolving door of team members there. No help with running a center in the Midwest. It was 3 years before anyone at the Home office ever visited our center before closing it.
The franchise has a lot of potential. But the Home Office needs to make improvement in terms of support to franchisees, hire and retain good quality staff, and make sure they are actually understanding the real market needs and timelines NOT their own timeline.
Avoid
Idiot leadership. Greedy people.
cautiously optimistic as much of the management has been switched out and new CEO. communication is improving slightly
cool concept, execution and support not there, tools are ancient for a coding business
If I had a time machine, I would go back and not open this store.
While I really enjoy the concept. It’s difficult to be profitable when competitors have programs targeted specifically to programming classes parents are interested in.
