Home office was a revolving door of team members there. No help with running a center in the Midwest. It was 3 years before anyone at the Home office ever visited our center before closing it.
Watching kids learn a new skill and apply it to something creative.
Zero help from the Home office with brand fund for our area with regards to advertising and/or marketing help.
Be realistic with prospective owners to the true nature of the business that it’s seasonal and that you will have to manage the down times effectively and be conservative during the up times during the summer camp season.
