Franchisee locations
While building my location I think the franchisee requirements are high, the current franchisor management is good, but every time we get a new generation of leadership we see major changes in how operations are done. I would like to see a stabilization of information and ops.
Current Operator, Apr 2, 2024As a long time owner, I see a lot of positive changes. We have a big transition coming up as the GDP sunsets and I am nervous about that as it relates to our ability to keep our Ninjas happy and prevent attrition. Change is difficult, so advanced information will help us prepare.
Current Operator, Mar 14, 2024Home office was a revolving door of team members there. No help with running a center in the Midwest. It was 3 years before anyone at the Home office ever visited our center before closing it.
Former Operator, Jan 10, 2024The franchise has a lot of potential. But the Home Office needs to make improvement in terms of support to franchisees, hire and retain good quality staff, and make sure they are actually understanding the real market needs and timelines NOT their own timeline.

Current Operator, Oct 10, 2023Idiot leadership. Greedy people.
