As a long time owner, I see a lot of positive changes. We have a big transition coming up as the GDP sunsets and I am nervous about that as it relates to our ability to keep our Ninjas happy and prevent attrition. Change is difficult, so advanced information will help us prepare.

Help Desk interactions are a huge problem. The response time is slow and many times the technical issues remain unresolved even after going through all the proper channels and ticket submission. My guess is this team is under staffed. Definitely my biggest frustration at this time.
Please work with MyStudio to create a way to move a camper from one camp/week to another. This was discussed when we began using MyStudio, but still must do a work around.
