This franchisee completely sucks

Lack of communication and half thought ideas

Hiring a consultant and operating independently is a much better option than purchasing a Restoration 1 franchise territory. Once you understand how little the corporate office does to support the franchisees it is too late.

Overall good experience and would do it again

Been a disappointing experience. No measurable value received from corporate. Upon reflection, should have gone into the business as an independent.

This brand is awesome! I love R1 and wouldn't want to own any other franchise. I definitely would not want to be an independent trying to figure it out on my own. We have strength in numbers!
