It has been an "every man (owner) for himself experience". No real roadmap for ensured success. Only hear that every market is different and need to try new things for marketing - which results in wasting resources. Thought a franchise would have structured and, most importantly, proven guidelines to follow.
Provide a roadmap for new owners to follow to gain early success - proven digital marketing ideas for lead generation would be a tremendous help. Instead of being told every market is different, so try new things. Or increase your digital spend and cross your fingers that it delivers business
