This franchisee completely sucks

I like being self employed. The ONLY benefit for this franchise to me was it got me in business quickly. If I knew then what I know today I would have gone independent as this franchise sucks

Corporate leadership is clueless. They hold you to ridiculous non-compete crap because they are greedy. Nobody in corporate knows restoration, they all proclaim a bunch of franchising experience but not a god damn one of them has ever been a restorer. Hell they barely understand basic business principles. Every time they get someone with a restoration background they mysteriously get run off. My understanding/word on the street is that the corporate office barely has any employees. They can't keep anybody good. They never take any serious action on a franchisee that constantly violates his marketing restrictions.

Let me out of my contract free and clear
