Reviews from verified franchisees
If anyone wants to work completely as an owner operator in 1 or max 2 location then this is great opportunity profit wise but if looking for growth then it is difficult as they are not much open about.
Very challenging chasing profit instead of revenue sometimes.
The concept itself is great, the execution by the franchisor is terrible.
I wouldn't invest in this if I had to do it again. It's a bad investment, very risky no support, and despite the way they sell it. It's a lot of work whether your an operator or passive.
nothign good to say
Crumbl started with an incredible concept and great potential, but the brand has fallen dramatically from where it once was. Corporate's decisions have eroded much of what made Crumbl successful. As an FP, I would not recommend investing in Crumbl, in its current state.
Overall, it has been good for me and my business however, with the current leadership, it is not a wise investment.
Overall we love doing business with this franchise and think the new CEO is doing a great job.
Lack of interest in supporting franchises outside of the US. Product merchandising department was good marketing was non existent.
Good technology progress but very minimal marketing help Also, corporate needs to be be more aware of current competitors
