If anyone wants to work completely as an owner operator in 1 or max 2 location then this is great opportunity profit wise but if looking for growth then it is difficult as they are not much open about.

Loyal customer base towards brand. Profitablity, Support from area manager, strong marketing module

Too many changes all the time, Hard to add multiple location as Head office is very slow in hiring process and not very open for growth discussion. It is mainly a one way communication. Also it is hard for remote bakery to sell their bakery quick as they do not hire more franhisee.

Need to listen Franchisee and support existing franchisee for future growth. Also they need to hire more franchisee so existing franchisee can sell their bakery quick if franchisee has plan to relocate or like to retire.
