The support we receive from corporate

Along the same lines, it sometimes feels like the support we get is from people who don't exactly know what's best for each location or have more experience than some of the owners in certain areas. Would appreciate it if they valued feedback from their franchisees a little more, many of whom are more experienced in different areas of business.
