Unleashed Brands is a cancer, stay away
Overall, the concept is solid and the business model can work. However, the corporate office nickel-and-dimes franchisees—charging excessive postage, unnecessary DPS fees, and restricting printer choices—making it harder to run a profitable business.
Overall, a good franchise, I just do not think $2000 per year for a DPS fee is reasonable for what it provides. They also pigeon hold you to printers. There is a lot that is unfair about this franchise.
The model only works in low‑competition markets, but operating costs are so inflated that it’s impossible to compete with businesses that don’t carry the same burden. Corporate turnover is excessive, and there is effectively no strategic direction from the franchisor.

KW is the great for the agent and good for owner/franchisee. Corporate needs to show more value for the owner/operators for how much money we supply to them
Do not purchase a Franchise under Techy or any name they assume.
I would not recommend this franchise to someone looking to actively run and grow a modern fitness business. There are better opportunities elsewhere that offer stronger support, adaptability, and profitability.
I will never recommend anyone to get a franchise with them it's basically a pyramid scheme
