I love the concept and helping people. I love the brand LOOK, the esthetics of the space and colors

There is zero support from corporate at an operating level. Meaning they make decisions that make no sense in day to day operations. Typical "corporate" people making decisions they know nothing about. I also think our Research & Dev team are way too conservative compared to our competitors.
