This franchise does not have their Franchisee's best interest in mind-the high price autoships they are profitting off events when studios barely even break even with the time and energy spent and paying full price for swag (hell week tees-no way they cost $14/shirt)
I love the community this franchise has build
Was a great opportunity 9 years ago. Since Covid and the additional charges like marketing, tech fee, pricing on retail and markups on equipment the margins keep getting slimmer and slimmer.
Give us realistic price breaks for mandatory events/autoships. They keep pushing pricing increases on us with no financial break on retail/autoship/marketing/etc
