Lack of consistent price tier increases (scheduled) and issues with IT being behind our competition. I also feel like we are still having severe product shortages.

Improve our app. Make our store layout more friendly to pick up orders and to work with all delivery concepts. Have a plan for price increases. We live in a state that minimum wage is increasing rapidly. There is no plan to combat that hit.
