Corporate has completely turned over and no longer cares about franchisees. They are raising fees constantly.

Corporate office needs to recognize that franchisees are the reason they have jobs. They need to re-organize themselves and determine what can be done to better serve the franchisees so that they are successful. Increasing fees without providing better support to the franchisee is not the way to grow a brand.
