Reviews from verified franchisees
Positive
Midas corporate is not for the franchisees, their main focus is to make as much money as possible. All of their trainings and talks surrounds how to make more money rather than how to make business stronger for repeat customers.
They could do better if they switched back to helping the franchisees
The franchise system has significant weaknesses: faulty software, lack of automation, poor pricing, and inadequate support. Many partners have left, recruitment and retention are stagnant, and reactive management pressures partners, weakening the system.
Mislead and over promised. Bryan Whatley is not an honest person and his franchisees are going broke. If you meet Bryan run for the hills.
honest
I do not recommend going into business with this brand. It's a complete waste of money
The original concept was good, but it has been overwhelmed by the insurance reimbursement realities and the student loan crisis. The MBAs hired to fix this have zero compassion for the “artist-like” physical therapist who practices with care due to passion, not profit.
incompetent team
Great community and coaching, but the business model feels outdated and profit-driven.”
