Awful terribly mismanaged corporate company with very little growth potential, inability to listen or be reasoned with even when presented with hard data and unfair.
The product can be good sometimes and other store owners are great.
Everything about the corporate side of things. They are useless, incompetent, unreasonable, treat the store owners as the customers to be fleeced dry and are completely unwilling to listen to or accept any feedback.
NoNegativeDisapprovesIf i knoew i would not have bought this franchise.
Diversification of products. Something for everyone, vegan gluten free vegetarian and meat lovers.
"The franchisor's policies are a complete joke. They seem to be designed to benefit only themselves, with little regard for the actual franchisees running the businesses." "Management from the franchisor is non-existent. It feels like we're left to fend for ourselves, with no support or guidance whatsoever." "The marketing strategies provided by the franchisor are utterly ineffective. It's like they're stuck in the Stone Age while the rest of the world moves forward." "Business coaches? More like business bashers. They swoop in for audits just to find fault and degrade us, instead of actually providing constructive support." "The franchisor's lack of care for franchisees is appalling. We're just numbers to them, and they couldn't care less about our success or well-being." "Communication with the franchisor is a joke. They only reach out when it's convenient for them, and they never listen to our concerns or suggestions." "The policies and processes imposed by the franchisor are stifling and counterproductive. It's like they want us to fail so they can swoop in and take over." "If the franchisor truly cared about the success of their franchisees, they would invest more in support and training instead of just showing up to nitpick and criticize." "I suggest a complete overhaul of the franchisor's approach to management, communication, and support. Otherwise, they'll continue to drive their franchisees into the ground." "Overall, I regret ever getting involved with this franchise. It's been nothing but a nightmare dealing with the franchisor's incompetence and indifference."
NoNeutralNeutralI realize that what I am saying is not something that will be listened to or that anything will change based on my thoughts. I wish it could be different because we have given our heart and soul to Panago. Thank you.
I like our Business manager I like the ability to work within the community I like the look of the store I like the clean ingredients I like the potential that Panago has if changes could be made.
-It Feels like we have priced ourselves right out of the market. -The marketing is so exclusive to a market that appears we are too expensive. We hear this all of the time. -It appears that Marketing does not understand the franchisee. Or at least listen to what is needed. -The app is not very user friendly -Social media is not an interest to families. It attracts one demographic ( People with money ) -No awards or recognition for the franchisees anymore. It is really easy to recognize people through online like Zoom etc if you do not want to spend the money for in person. -The way we are being awarded points is very unfair based on trade area. This really needs to be looked at. Panago does not have a good reputation in Canada like it used to.
NoNegativeDisapprovesPanago's HQ offers unmatched support to franchisees, excelling in system development, customer trust, and efficient marketing. Their advanced business acumen and technology use propel the brand forward.
Panago's headquarters team stands out as an incredibly professional and supportive franchisor. Unlike others, they go beyond merely allowing you to utilize their brand and system; they actively engage in comprehensive support, encompassing training, monitoring, and effective problem-solving. Their commitment to assisting franchisees surpasses the norm, making the entire franchise operation remarkably streamlined and straightforward.
If you're an entrepreneur brimming with unique ideas and have a strong desire to implement substantial changes in your business, Panago might not be the ideal fit for you. In such a case, I would recommend considering the establishment of your own brand rather than engaging in a franchise business. This allows you the freedom and flexibility to shape and execute your vision without the constraints that can come with a franchisor's established framework.
YesPositiveApprovesThe franchisor has stopped working with the frinchisees to make sure they are making money. They have a system of as long as the franchisor makes money that is what matters, whereas before if the franchisee made money the franchisor made even more.
I like being in a part of a succesful franchise.
They have stopped listening to the franchisee. The marketing dept. needs and overhaul, they have become stale and do not want to work on new programs. The product that are ordered for the stores are sent to them at retail price and not as wholesale where it cuts into the franchisee profits. they are trying to update the brand but there are store out there that still have the design of 30 years ago.
