If i knoew i would not have bought this franchise.

Diversification of products. Something for everyone, vegan gluten free vegetarian and meat lovers.

"The franchisor's policies are a complete joke. They seem to be designed to benefit only themselves, with little regard for the actual franchisees running the businesses." "Management from the franchisor is non-existent. It feels like we're left to fend for ourselves, with no support or guidance whatsoever." More like business bashers. They swoop in for audits just to find fault and degrade us, instead of actually providing constructive support." "The franchisor's lack of care for franchisees is appalling. We're just numbers to them, and they couldn't care less about our success or well-being." "Communication with the franchisor is a joke. Ears to franchisees and understand they can only succeed if franchisees succeed. Invest and hire better brains in marketing and training and there is so much scope for success. Call center is a joke. 90% customers are pissed off with call center while placing orders and prefer walk ins or store number for calling in.
