High schedule flexibility = low revenue growth and potential. The more highly regulated the state is, the more challenging it is to grow the business into a multi-inspector business.

Pillar to Post is a good franchise but it takes time to establish yourself as you have to "go look" for the business unlike other franchises where the business comes to you.

Costly, overvalued, sub-standard software and processes.
