High schedule flexibility = low revenue growth and potential. The more highly regulated the state is, the more challenging it is to grow the business into a multi-inspector business.
The Franchise model provides significant schedule / lifestyle flexibility. However, as most Franchises are single man operator, this means that if you reduce your work hours you profitability is directly reflected.
Excessive fees ( both percentages & individual fees) for the average sales ticket anywhere from 18% - 27% of gross sales going back to Corp.
Reduce fees and work to advertise the brand in the Real-estate community instead of spending 99% of their time selling Franchises.
