I wish I had never done this. Our personal relationships with client’s agents work better than anything this company provides.
Decent software, decent but not spectacular web presence.
Charge over 15% on average, no marketing presence in my state, unclear use of brand fund, charges for consulting but no consulting.
NoNegativeApprovesI bought into this franchise and viewed this partnership as a long lasting relationship but I have been terribly wrong
I liked the concept of a supportive relationship but have been let down
The slow and constant drive to squeeze out smaller franchises and eliminate the Canadian market of franchises

Ever increasing fees Over 3 year period it went from 17% to over 24% Lack of corporate support
NoNegativeDisapprovesOverall happy with the franchise but feel there are some outdated concepts and requirement.
Innovative with keeping up with the latest technology and offering the best product to grow a business.
The requirement to print reports on sight sounds good on paper, but is not realistic to generate the quality of reports I like produce for my clients. Most of my clients don't want a printed report anyway. I always offer; even try to "sell" the binder, but most decline. I think the requirement should be same-day reports. It's more realistic. I often need to research things and read articles to get answers and have no time for that at inspections, especially if my client is there. I stopped printing reports on sight years ago and have never had anybody ask about it. I have, however, received lots of good feedback from realtors and clients about the quality of my reports compared to my competition. I feel it's an outdated concept.

Only thing I like is the report showing who has done what for the month. Then I can gauge if I am on track or not.
They go by one business model which is worthless in smaller cities, towns etc. 1st year mentor is an asshole who does not listen, unrealistic and I just set the phone down when he calls. If I ever answer the phone when he does call.
