Pick another franchise

Only thing I like is the report showing who has done what for the month. Then I can gauge if I am on track or not.

They go by one business model which is worthless in smaller cities, towns etc. 1st year mentor is an asshole who does not listen, unrealistic and I just set the phone down when he calls. If I ever answer the phone when he does call.

Not my business or management so I have no input on what they can or cannot do to fix things.
