Firehouse is great. They have great vision.

HQ needs to think of better ways to stop this drowning brand from fully submerging to the bottom & disappearing.

I would not recommend this brand for future investment due to poor leadership, execution and franchisee engagement.

Do not recommend a Firehouse Subs franchise. Not very profitable and horrible support.

Overall notbad

Out look is good. There are a lot of challenges dealing with people in this changing culture, it takes the focus away from the business because of people issues.
