HQ needs to think of better ways to stop this drowning brand from fully submerging to the bottom & disappearing.

I like the concept built around the subs where steamers are used to heat premium meats.

I don’t like the direction RBI is heading in for the future of this franchise. HQ is marketing BOGOs & free 3pc. Cookies (stacked coupons in transactions) for the 3rd month running. I wonder if they are using the Subway marketing plan! The new Chicken Parm Meatball LTO sub is going to go down in Firehouse Subs history as the worst sub to be brought on the menu even as an LTO & the overall market sales for the sub prove it. Lack of proper website/app/ software to keep operating from running smoothly!

I’m sure HQ is trying to improve and don’t want to admit they are trying to keep the brand afloat but they need to stop relying on the franchise to give up their profits to keep the franchise from drowning.
