Spavia is a good concept with a great model, just poorly managed by the franchisor that thinks too much of themselves and micro manages.
Great model and concept
Franchisor micro manages and its out of touch with real day to day operations even though they think they are fantastic
NoNeutralNeutralGood investment, fun and positive environment. Little control over increasing revenue, some competition for revenue streams with the franchisor.
The Spavia Mission is very positive and uplifting. Guests and team members can easily get behind the vision and that makes it a pretty positive environment.
Franchisors have been spending more time redirecting cash flow over to their bottom instead of helping franchisees over more profitable and advanced skin care services. The CEO nit picks about things frequently and spends too much time in the weeds. Not enough focus on critical components for future success, lacking strategic thinking and planning from an operations standpoint.
