Spavia is a good concept with a great model, just poorly managed by the franchisor that thinks too much of themselves and micro manages.

Franchisor micro manages and its out of touch with real day to day operations even though they think they are fantastic

Stop micro managing, reduce calls provide information in written accessible form so franchises can get to it when they have time and they do not have to scramble to write notes from a call.
