Firehouse is great. They have great vision.
Positie people. Great vision
We do not see or talk to the Business partner often. He has too many resturants to over see.
NoPositiveApprovesHQ needs to think of better ways to stop this drowning brand from fully submerging to the bottom & disappearing.
I like the concept built around the subs where steamers are used to heat premium meats.
I don’t like the direction RBI is heading in for the future of this franchise. HQ is marketing BOGOs & free 3pc. Cookies (stacked coupons in transactions) for the 3rd month running. I wonder if they are using the Subway marketing plan! The new Chicken Parm Meatball LTO sub is going to go down in Firehouse Subs history as the worst sub to be brought on the menu even as an LTO & the overall market sales for the sub prove it. Lack of proper website/app/ software to keep operating from running smoothly!
NoNegativeNeutralThere really isn't a short sentence that would sum it up (one that wouldn't sound negative)
Great concept...good food...amazing charity organization
Lack of organization - big company - ZERO initiative when it comes to getting Cost of Goods down. Everything is going up at expedited levels and we have yet to introduce 1 cost savings measure to the restaurant.
NoNeutralNeutralI would not recommend this brand for future investment due to poor leadership, execution and franchisee engagement.
Not a fan of the brand or the current direction. Outside of the quality of food, the brand is horrible.
No vision. No follow through. Too much work for very little ROI. Since the buyout, nothing good has happened and a lot of momentum has been lost.
NoNegativeDisapprovesDo not recommend a Firehouse Subs franchise. Not very profitable and horrible support.
The food is the best.
