Not happy with the decisions
Expedia is building their brand on the backs of franchisees. Individual franchisee success is secondary to brand success.
I feel Expedia's focus on retail is misguided and the home office does not understand the local business experience.
The culture of this business has changed over the last 5 years. It used to be a family feel, it now is very corporate feeling and not inclusive.
