Since private equity purchased the company it is at an inflection point. Make money and make money quickly without regard to how the franchisees are involved

Overall, I am both proud and happy being a Goddard Franchisee. I do believe that our system is continuing to improve and we are being listened to when improvements are discussed/prioritized.

I think the corp. office is doing great. We are seeing a lot of changes for the good.

I have not had a good experience from the the start and goddard does not give enough support to existing failing schools. They are more interested in just making new schools.

It seems that vocal franchisees are often silenced or ignored. There is a sense of favoritism within the system.

Most of the work is done by the franchisees and are left to figure out their own way. Min. help or guidance from franchisor.
