My first three years here was everything GH promised and more. Since the gutting of our service process and shipping out the admin work to a poorly trained foreign company I have not been able to build reserves to grow my business... I've turned into a full time service agent.

Franchise is fantastic with theory. Terrible with reality.

If anyone wants to work completely as an owner operator in 1 or max 2 location then this is great opportunity profit wise but if looking for growth then it is difficult as they are not much open about.

I wouldn't invest in this if I had to do it again. It's a bad investment, very risky no support, and despite the way they sell it. It's a lot of work whether your an operator or passive.
