That we are no longer a part of the brand.
Weak management, reactive, do not listen to the franchisees who are living and experiencing real world issues. Fitstop had such potential to be a market leader but the chopping, changing and becoming a follower to the fads and brands who came along in recent years, as well as the focus on overseas expansion has really been at the detriment to the locations & overall brand.
