The franchise concept has a lot of merit, but being a part of this franchise is more stressful than running a stand-alone business
The franchisees and overall potential is great!
Corporate leadership is not recommended; there is little expertise and as owners, we feel unsupported and under appreciated.
NoNegativeDisapprovesWe love our local business and the franchisees, but would opt out of this franchise if given the opportunity to continue running our business in peace.
The client connections and getting involved in helping the local community
The franchisor does not demonstrate respect to the owner/operators of the locally owned businesses. They make mandates without listening to the franchisees and even significantly increased our costs and work load during the pandemic, with no decrease in their profit percentages. We got involved in this franchise, hoping we’d feel supported; however, we feel more stress being a part of this franchise.
NoNegativeDisapprovesDisappointing.
The services are wonderful for all clients and all symptoms.
Franchisor support is little to none. Franchisor outlook and growth plan seems non-existent. Franchisor is behind on a range of things, like client rewards, technology use, etc.
