Disappointing.

The services are wonderful for all clients and all symptoms.

Franchisor support is little to none. Franchisor outlook and growth plan seems non-existent. Franchisor is behind on a range of things, like client rewards, technology use, etc.

Bring in leaders that know how to develop and grow a young franchise. Present team is limited in experience and poor at execution. Lots of excuses, not a lot of support.
