We love our local business and the franchisees, but would opt out of this franchise if given the opportunity to continue running our business in peace.

The client connections and getting involved in helping the local community

The franchisor does not demonstrate respect to the owner/operators of the locally owned businesses. They make mandates without listening to the franchisees and even significantly increased our costs and work load during the pandemic, with no decrease in their profit percentages. We got involved in this franchise, hoping we’d feel supported; however, we feel more stress being a part of this franchise.

New leadership, who embraces the value owners provide, is required. We do not trust nor respect the direction of the current leadership
