I would recommend this Franchise. However, I would also caution any prospective franchisee into realizing that support will be very limited, and the education will be inadequate at both an owner and as an operator level.
The Franchise has a good reputation and concept. Being self employed puts the responsibility on the owner for success.
The return on the dollar for the franchise fee is low. The structure of the royalties is unfair and unbalanced. The marketing fund is not effective considering the amount of monies put into it.

YesPositiveApprovesit is great project with a little help from the corporation
I like the fact I own my decisions & I harvest the fruit of my effort
Hard to find a reliable employees & hard to find a time to seek a help from the corporation & after a few years I feel that the corporation doesn't have much to offer when it comes to day to day issues. especially the help to find a good reliable employee. I don't think they have a process in place that you can use to find the right person for this job
YesPositiveApprovesFranchisees don't necessary need to follow corporate's operating model to the dot.
Brand name.
Too many marketing emails sent to customers.
YesNeutralNeutralMost franchise we assume know there business inside out, this one clearly hasn't demonstrated that. This is a complex business and the systemic issues that a new owner faces the franchisor shall have conversation with prospect. They shouldn't omit things of such huge magnitude
This Franchise has a strong and loyal following, given good effort anyone can be successful with it
I was thinking go with a franchise because those guys have taken the guess work and all i needed was to concentrate on running the business, It wasn't the case here, I feel they omitted a huge amount of information that was very very pertinent to running this kind of business. I've learned never to buy a franchise from a company that doesn't presently own and operate same type of business. Also they failed to provide operators manual before hand for such a complexed business. Myself and other entrepreneur's Like a challenge therefore they should've provided more upfront knowledge dealing with systemic issues and equipment.
