it is great project with a little help from the corporation

I like the fact I own my decisions & I harvest the fruit of my effort

Hard to find a reliable employees & hard to find a time to seek a help from the corporation & after a few years I feel that the corporation doesn't have much to offer when it comes to day to day issues. especially the help to find a good reliable employee. I don't think they have a process in place that you can use to find the right person for this job

Come up with a system or database to help hiring a reliable employees & a pricing list per region that can guarantee a minimum profit to keep the business running. For example: 24x18 yard sign can be sold by $x minimum in the region of DFW and so on. it will help us have a fair competition with each other and with the other competitors
