Most franchise we assume know there business inside out,this one clearly hasn't demonstrated that. This is a complex business and the systemic issues that a new owner faces the franchisor shall have conversation with prospect. They shouldn't omit things of such huge magnitude

I was thinking go with a franchise because those guys have taken the guess work and all i needed was to concentrate on running the business, It wasn't the case here, I feel they omitted a huge amount of information that was very very pertinent to running this kind of business. I've learned never to buy a franchise from a company that doesn't presently own and operate same type of business. Also they failed to provide operators manual before hand for such a complexed business. Myself and other entrepreneur's Like a challenge therefore they should've provided more upfront knowledge dealing with systemic issues and equipment.

For starter, they can offer 6 months instore training for new prospects before prospects make a decision on equipment furthermore Like a realtor they should provide more insight on each state regulation for these types of businesses. this business is very complex and each prospect should be given a fair and complete knowledge of what equipment is needed to efficiently run this type of business. Each franchisee should be given the state contractor's manual to study and set before the exam before being offered a location. I know they can't possibly know everything about this type of business however the basic's should be known or it shouldn't bring this type of business to the market. This business isn't for everyone but for those It is for, They should be given complete information on every aspect of the business
