Brand reach, global presence, new president for Canada, knowledgeable and professional franchising director always available to assist, western Canada RD team is very hands on and approachable. Marketing and Advertising department’s creativity and desire to showcase the brand as the predominant force in industry.
Lack of fortitude to battle competitors. Egotistical thinking that the brand should command a following without researching why competitors are growing. Eastern Canadian RD staff unapproachable most times and lacking necessary knowledge to facilitate growth. .
