Good brand for a good market. Hard to survice if the market turns. Busines model isn't good for new agents or changing industry. They can't keep up with the times

FEEMAX Concept
YesPositiveNeutralExcellent brand and great to be part of RE/MAX and under RE/MAX Europe and RE/MAX Hungary. Yes there are fees, but are well worth it if you build the Business as they require.

Fees are there, but if you are operatijg according to the guidelines it’s well worth it.

Nulla
YesPositiveApprovesREMAX is only good for brand recognition. Corporate is not valued and their policies are highly questionable.
At this point the brand recognition is what keeps us here.
They have no regard for franchise owners. Anyone can buy in and steal from you within the REMAX without any regard. Why they would hire the CEO of dish network is insane. He knows nothing of real estate and his company had the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever personally dealt with. This is just another story of how corporate greed ruins a wonderfully derived real estate business.
