YesPositiveApprovesMediocre at best
It has been in business for a long time
Very complicated and margins are low for what it is.

I am a new owner and I really like the concept. Profitability is really good.
Home office. I have owned other franchises. I have bought and sold other franchise stores. I have worked for large corporations. I have 30 years of management/ownership experience. The home office at TUPSS is totally disconnected in what we do in the field. I spent the first month of ownerships saying to myself daily, " it doesn't have to be this complicated".
YesNegativeDisapprovesIf you buy a UPS Store franchise expect to be treated like shepherd treats their sheep. Sheared as close as possible and slaughtered if they see any profit in it.
Known brand
Corporate is always finding ways to reduce our profit, increase our costs, and waste our time. Over my 14 years of owning UPS Stores they have turned us into the Amazon return center, and reduced what they pay us for the returns while increasing the costs. They require franchisees to pay many tens of thousands of dollars for a "New Look" that has a zero return on investment. They take great care of their vendors at the expense of the franchisees.
NoNegativeDisapprovesGood investment opportunity
Strong brand recognition
Would like better initial training and for the franchise consultants to be more knowledgeable.
