The franchise services to be provided by us include: - assisting you in the selection of a suitable location for your Clinic; - providing you with certain design specifications for your Clinic; - providing you with our initial and ongoing training program; - providing you with our operations manual; - authorizing you to use our Marks in connection with the operation of your Clinic; - providing you with marketing and advertising support; and - performing periodic quality control inspections. As the franchisee, you will be responsible for all costs associated with developing and constructing your Clinic by our specifications, obtaining all licenses and permits required to operate your Clinic, hiring and managing your staff, and day-to-day operation of your Clinic.
