Frustrated.

Great concept - something people need and want. A great service at a great rate. "Low" overhead as compared to other business models. Simple and clean.

Royalty fees are high, recommended vendors gauge franchisees, focus is on things that don't really effect the bottom line, lots of talking and not much doing happening at corporate level, Axis is the worst - so many glitches and problems regardless of high tech fees, reporting is lacking, training is underwhelming and has gaps.

Fix Axis and listen to the Franchisees!
