Very disappointed I was so excited to take this opportunity and it's been such a waste
I used to like the model and the concepts
Overly expensive fees, such lack of flexibility. Very difficult support. Currently F45s are failing and nothing is being done.
NoNegativeDisapprovesStrengths: Improved programming, alignment with fitness trends, and diverse workout offerings. Challenges: Limited franchise support in Asia, high franchise fees, and a slow contract renewal process with delayed franchisee feedback.
This brand had reached its popularity few years back. It has shown the improvement in programming the workout, following the trend like Hyrox and other Functional Training Competition. High variety of programs to address as many sport segments as possible.
There is insufficient support for the franchisee in Asia region especially due to expensive franchise fee. The contract renewal process also showing slow response on franchisee feedbacks.
YesNeutralNeutralThe product is great and we look forward to more updates.
We love the variety of fitness programs and progressive redesign of them as well as the new studio appearance.
The brand is extremely USA centric. The original Australian identity has disappeared.
YesPositiveNeutralNew CEO seems to be headed in the right direction but it hasn't made it down to the franchise level yet.
Health and fitness aspect of helping people with goals.
Security Fraud, Celebrities ran off with all the money, lack of support during Covid, no additional help to franchisees during tough times.
NoNegativeApprovesBiggest regret ever. The process to open the gym is horrible. Support is minimal.
nothing
Irresponsible, not helping franchisees. Lack of clear communication. Demanding profits without any assistance or feedback loops.
