Very disappointed I was so excited to take this opportunity and it's been such a waste

I used to like the model and the concepts

Overly expensive fees, such lack of flexibility. Very difficult support. Currently F45s are failing and nothing is being done.

Halve the fees for starters. Better support. Change the model completely. Similar to the yard concept. Less restrictions ie colour of sled track. Basically get with the times.
