Model is good though it's not difficult to run the back end. I don't feel that I get the value for what it cost to pay the franchise fee and monthly royalties + tech fee + +.
easy model and only requires a solid center manager to handle almost everything to run the business.
Still have not made more than what the franchise takes in any month. Now the franchise just feels corporate and out of touch rather than the Ohana which drew me to it in the first place. The franchisor has pushed some of what they provided to the franchisee.
Now that UFG has OE, VX, and IO in the portfolio, there has to be a way to gain synergies and reduce the fees that all franchisees are paying.
