Overall good, but the HQ needs to stick to basics they did well in the beginning with training blocks and let go of challenges.

The branding look, logo and marketing has always been spot on. The overall training progression has been good.

It feels like it is moving away from the original intentions, owner experience and the training is becoming more similar to F45 and very basic and standard in parts, to build it up and sell as many locations as possible for the greater good of the franchisor to sell the whole business eventually, but the franchisee and community lose. It was disjointed when we opened, then they had great people in place to start better planning, ideas and patterns and this has now seeming to go back to the way it was, not for the better.

Stop Trying to reinvent the wheel and rebranding a similar concept with training and sales/ challenges, it worked before and there is a reason you grew quickly, work more on programming, retention and member engagement and let the community do its thing.
