I am creating a positive fun work environment and its paying off. I enjoy work and enjoy being around the people who make this all happen. I need to learn to get a work life balance but that has never been an issue with the francisee. More of a me problem.

I love the family feel. I appreciate the francisee. They really do their best to make me feel welcome and trust my opinion.

I think we are still learning each other since I am new. But I feel as if my productivity works well for the week but some communication comes over the weekend.

I think they are really helpful. I would probably say that referring to Kares is nice but what do I type on Kares to find those answers is the problem.
