Anytime fitness is great and i have no regrets in joining the brand, but Provision needs to fix their shit.

The brand itself, Anytime Fitness, is a pretty incredible brand. As long as the brand stays in it's lane, I'll always be a supporter.

Provision. I LOATHE provision. We pay them monthly fees, yet they want to charge us for everything and I CANNOT for the life of me actually get a technician to come out and fix my system. I haven't set my alarm in about 11 months now as a malfunction keeps happening. Regardless of the amount of support tickets I put in, no one helps. Just some nerd on telephone helping me trouble shoot something that I can't even fix.
