The head office team are inexperienced and don't take feedback from franchisors that aren't in their "in" group. Poor are taking criticism of any type and reflect that back onto owners rather than acknowledging there are issues. The marketing team has no idea what they are doing most of the time

employee people who will rock the boat and questions choices made before they are implemented network wide rather than only employing yes people that have a very narrow view.
